Yes. The inspection and written quote are free and there is no obligation to go ahead. Send us a few photos on WhatsApp first and we can often give you an idea of cost before we visit.

Our written warranty covers the workmanship on every job we do: repairs, replacements, cleaning and sealing, roofline and exterior work. You receive it in writing when the job is finished.

In the Algarve most clay roofs benefit from cleaning and treatment every five to eight years, depending on shade, nearby trees and how close you are to the sea. Sealing after cleaning slows moss regrowth and keeps the colour.

Not when it is done properly. We adjust the pressure and nozzle to the age and type of tile, work down the slope so water is not forced under the tiles, and replace any tiles that were already cracked.

Yes. Call or WhatsApp us with a photo. We prioritise emergencies, make the roof watertight with temporary protection first and then quote for the permanent repair.

Absolutely. Many of our customers are not in the Algarve all year. We agree everything by WhatsApp or email and send photos before, during and after the work.

Yes, we work in both languages, so quotes, updates and warranties can be in whichever you prefer.
